What comes in a Super Gains Pack?

Surprise and anticipation is part of the excitement as is with any other monthly subscription box company. The contents of each box change monthly, but include premium name brand, hand selected, supplement samples of various types and flavors, a premium, high quality fitness shirt or tank top, a full size protein/nutrition bar, and enough motivation to have your gym pals 'mirin' for weeks!

How much will this cost me?

The cost is very affordable considering the amount of items you receive each month.  Each box’s contents include more than double and a lot of times, triple, the cost of the box and we promise to blow the competition's box out of the water!

How are the supplements selected?

We work with many of the major name brands in the fitness industry to carefully select the newest products and bring to you the latest supplements to try. We ensure every product that goes out has been tried and tested in the gym by a trusted member of the SGP Team. We also encourage feedback to our brands that we select so they can make their products even greater than they already are. Be an active customer in the fitness and supplement industry and have a voice through our boxes. Just remember to mention us when you do!

When should I expect my box?

We ship boxes out around the third Friday or Saturday of every month so that you receive your new box right around the same time your new monthly subscription is re-billed. Expected delivery times vary, but normally take anywhere between 3-5 business days. For our APO/FPO and US Territory subscribers, this delivery time can vary greatly and roughly take 8-10 business days.

Can I purchase a subscription box as a gift?

Absolutely! Gifting gains is a great way to inspire those around you and care about. Taking charge of your fitness goals and motivating others in the process is commendable and inspirational! Simply click on the 'GIFT GAINS' button found throughout our site and go from there.

What happens if I move and have a new address?

This happens from time to time and the answer is really easy.  Either login to your account and change the address information from there so there will be no delay in shipping, or email us directly with the updated information and we'll gladly take care of this for you!

Do you ship Internationally?

Until further logistics research, we only ship to the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

When will I get billed and how am I billed?

The billing cycle begins on the 1st of every month, unless you cancel. The billing is automatic, so you never need to worry about your box getting to you. We bill the credit card on file when you signed up.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope you wouldn’t want to lose all your gains and motivation to keep you going in order to dominate always in the gym, however we realize this sometimes happens. If you need to cancel, then simply login to your account that you created and edit your setting to either skip a month or cancel altogether. If you wish to no longer receive a box or be rebilled, make sure to cancel before the 1st of the month, otherwise, you will still be billed for that month and receive a box.

Am I able to receive a refund?

We have specific order requests and purchase ALL of the products in our boxes. Once an order is placed, that order is fulfilled right away. We cannot provide a refund for any reason and instead will refer you to our Terms of Service. If you happen to forget to cancel after the billing cycle, you will still receive that month’s box, but you will not be billed further and will not receive any more boxes from us. There are no cancellation fees assessed if you choose to cancel. If there is a problem with the products in the box, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly, as we are not to producers of the items inside the box and if you have issues with this, simply contact us and we can point you in the right direction on who to contact.
